You MUST contact us via social media, email, or phone before ordering. We’ll confirm your design and send you a mockup for approval. Any orders without a confirmed design will be refunded and not filled.
PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK SPELLING. If the info you provide has an error, any replacements will have to be entered as a new order at customer expense. Any errors on our end will be replaced free of charge.
